My name is Rav Mangat and I'm a Change Coach, Facilitator and Key Note Speaker. I empower individuals , leaders, teams and organizations create successful change. My goal is to help you create a life that is fulfilling to you and aligned to what 'you' really want.

I am a certified coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and a PROSCI certified change practitioner with over 20 years working in Human Resources in the corporate arena across Europe and North America.
