  • How does your story influence your coaching?
    I hit my emotional, physical and mental "rock bottom" as I ignored the signs , was in denial; life had to change. I had to be patient, soul search and do the self-work to walk through the tunnel. I reflected: Was I reaching my full potential? What do I want to really do with my career? How much more I could achieve if I had a professional coach ? So by working with a coach, I accelerated change, I found balance, new energy, new excitement for life, physical and mental wellbeing, greater satisfaction and confidence as I created a new life.
  • What is coaching?
    Coaching is 'future focused' and solutions based. It highlights your "present time to build your future self'! Most people have used counselling services which is ' past focused' looking at past and childhood experiences. Coaching helps you step into what you really want from your life and move you towards building that road map and achieve it. The 'Coach partnership” is based on powerful conversations opening up your inner creativity to transform your ideas into your reality.
  • What are some of the areas of my life that  coaching can support me with?
    Clients bring forward their own unique topics and examples include and are not limited to: "I’m tired of procrastinating and want to create a healthier life." "I'm wanting to get a work promotion but I don't know if its for me." "I lost all my hobbies and want to restart building fun activities in my dally routine."   • Are you a trained and accreditated coach?
    I have a Bsc Hons in Social Science ( Psychology major) and a postgraduate in Education. This is further complimented with Postgrad Certificate in Human Resourced and Coaching Professional certificate (ACC) . I attended an international coaching school and completed a rigorous 12 month coaching training course. My training adheres to the standards of the International Coaching Federation the code of conduct and ethics.   • What is involved in coaching?
    Coaching is a series of 1:1 coaching confidential conversations where you will start by exploring and co-creating a set of goals you want to focus on. Through the coaching sessions you get to discover what is important to you and why! Coaching enables you to explore these through self discovery work in an emotional and psychological safe, trust based and non-judgmental environment.
  • What is the difference between coaching & counselling
    Coaching focuses on your "present and building your future self'! Counselling focuses on your “past and childhood experiences. Below is a brief summary of the differences:
  • Will my coaching conversation be confidential?
    A critical part of coaching is trust and honesty. Therefore, it is important for you to know that you have my full and complete commitment to privacy and that I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation. What is discussed during a coaching meeting is between you and me, unless you wish to discuss it with someone else.
  • How will coaching benefit me?
    You will create movement in your life, understand your self better, your skills, your strengths and your barriers that hold you back. You will gain better clarity on your path and how to get there. Your energy will be focused moving forwards rather than going round and round in circles. The internal stamina of your body will get stronger, raising your self esteem, self confidence and feelings of contentment and this will show up in your actions and decisions. You will develop new routines ,new habits and approach to everything you do. You will see RESULTS!
  • I think I have a problem with substance dependency- can you help?
    Congratulations for reaching out and being honest with yourself accepting you are ready for change is even harder. The first step towards change is awareness and then comes action! Recovery coaching will provide a psychologically and emotionally safe environment for you to explore your current state and identify your triggers for your substance of choice, explore your history of usage and what options are available for treatment to seek professional help for detox and more. Coaching can support you discovering what areas of your life you want to focus positive change, setting goals, action plans to solidify the changes into your daily life.
  • I’ve experienced workplace stress and burnout ; how will coaching help me?
    If you are experiencing signs of WPB or in recovery from workplace burnout then this is the place for you. Coaching will explore what is causing the burnout, what boundaries need to be set, what additional support you can get and more. You will explore your emotional, physical and psychological barriers to returning to the workplace. Help you identify what needs to change in the workplace for you to return and stay healthy. It will provide you with success milestone on returning to work safely for sustainability and long term success.
  • How do I fit this in to my busy schedule?
    I offer in-person and zoom sessions to clients all over BC, Canada and worldwide. You can take these session online from the convenience of your couch, office or even the beach. My hours are flexible and understand the importance of providing you the opportunity to be relaxed to be in your best creative space. We can meet at a frequency you choose to fit your schedule from weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly or even monthly.
  • How much does it cost ?
    A consultation will allow me to get to know your needs and the best way to support you. I offer coaching packages that include a set number of sessions and that will determine the prices of each session. BRONZE - 10 sessions SILVER Package- 15 sessions GOLD Package- 20 sessions Depending on the coaching package you choose the price per session will vary.
